SUNON held its Groundbreaking Ceremony for its New Facility in the Philippines

SUNON began its factory construction project in the Philippines on February 21, 2024. The groundbreaking ceremony was presided by Simon Wu, SUNON's Executive Vice General Manager, and attended by Hon. Antonio Joseph R. Inton, Mayor of Hermosa, Bataan, with several other local officials, as well as authorities from the PEZA Office.
The first phase of the new factory in the Philippines will be completed in August 2025. Upon completion, the new factory will provide more than 3,500 local jobs and the monthly production capacity will reach 8 million fans; upon completion, the factory will inject accurate global supply capabilities. At the same time, the new factory will be built using green building construction methods, which will be SUNON's first factory that combines green energy and smart production. In the future, SUNON will invest more resources and manpower to accelerate the expansion of the new factory, making the Philippine factory as SUNON’s new main production plant.
