New Product Launch: EST_1U / EST_2U fan-less CPU Coolers, Thermal Solutions for Intel Eagle Stream Platform

After the previous solutions for Intel’s Whitley Platform were launched last year, SUNON, in 2022, introduces EST_1U / EST_2U fan-less CPU Coolers exclusive to Intel® new-generation Eagle Stream Platform Sapphire Rapids Processor LGA 4677.
● EST_1U, customized design for 1U server, adopting highly thermal conductivity materials: copper + aluminum base that combines with high-density fin and unique heat pipes. It supports up to 205 Watts CPU power heat dissipation.
● EST_2U CPU Cooler consists of copper + aluminum base and thickened fin welded to heat pipes which provides excellent thermal effectivity, supporting up to 350 Watts CPU power heat dissipation.
